On today we lost someone who was extremely important in the music industry as well as in the world the King of Pop himself Micheal Jackson. Now rather you liked him or not send your well wishes and love out to his entire family because they are going to need it. RIP Micheal and love to your family!!!

Shocked and surprised

So I woke this morning with the plan on going to the doctor then to my training so as my mother and I leave Flint get to Royal Oak not only were we late but she tells me I have carpel tunnel. So I am shocked and surprised as the title says so now I have to do the therapy thing and wear the splint but as I am driving home I am thinking to my self I just talked my way up on carpel tunnel dam!!
